I've been painting for about 40 years now...always trying. An idea pops in my head, if I'm lucky I can transfer that notion to paper, and at the end it is rarely what I intended. So I try again. and again...and again.
I am a doodler when it comes to drawing...call it abstract so rarely do I use drawing from scratch.
What I strive for...what most strive for...is color and light. The pigments in watercolor (and oil) are such that color leaps from the page. Most prints can't match up....but I rarely pursue that path.
So after awhile I decided to branch out and establish this site.
